Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. If you are unable to keep your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice.

Clients who do not honour their appointments may be charged a cancellation fee or deposit to book future appointments.

This policy is in place to protect your appointment time as well as the time of our stylists who have been holding the space in their schedule especially for you.

If You Are Running Late

If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment please call our front desk at 604-222-1511 to check in as we want to ensure we will still have time to provide quality services to you and all of our guests booked. There are situations where being more than 15 minutes late can result in us needing to reschedule your appointment as we would no longer have time to provide an appropriate level service for you.
